We bought it ourselves. No investors. Just three of us, all in.

The next chapter

It’s going to be
Exciting. New. Ambitious.

A more independent Rhapsody. A bigger ambition. New tools, better infrastructure, deeper investment in the people and craft already here.

A pause

But first…
let’s look back.

Before we talk about where we’re going, let’s take a moment on what you’ve already built.

The next chapter

Two Questions.

Question 01
What does
the next chapter
look like?
The direction. The shape of the business we’re building. The bet we’re making on what creativity becomes from here.
Question 02
What does it
mean for Rhapsody,
and for us?
What changes in how we work, who we work with, and what’s asked of each of us as we build this next chapter together.

We’ll take them in order.

Press to reveal each question.

The Moment

The Buyout.
A unique opportunity.

The Buyout.
Also a Radical Shift.

Three conditions lining up on our side — the reasons the timing is right.

01
Shaking off the legacy.
Resetting from what Rhapsody has been, so it can be what it needs to be next.
02
Independent and creativity-led.
No outside ownership. Decisions made by people whose full-time job is making the work great.
03
Continuity of leadership.
The same leadership, with the authority now to invest in the next chapter.
The bigger force
AI.
AI will change the creative industry forever.
We have the opportunity to lead the charge.
Press to build through each card, then reveal the shift.
Our Response

Why leading this shift
is important.

There are three reasons we’re doing this, in this order.

Reason 1 · The market
We need to stay relevant.
The ground is moving. Standing still is how agencies that matter now become agencies that mattered once.
Reason 2 · The clients
Our clients expect us to adapt and evolve.
More ambition, faster iteration, a clearer point of view on AI. They’re asking. We need an answer.
Reason 3 · The conviction
We can own and lead
this industry transformation.
We have the right skillsets. Decades of experience across agency and software, on one team.
Press to build through each reason.

The Shift

The distance between
imagination and expression
is disappearing.

What was once gated by budget and timelines now moves at the speed of conviction. Ideas no longer wait. They can be manifested at the speed of thought.

Shift
From Friction to Fluidity

The creative industry
was designed
around friction.

Process dictated ambition. Structure dictated craft. Layers of approvals, armies of specialists, months of effort for moments of output. That friction has disappeared. The constraints that shaped the industry for decades have lifted. And almost nobody has noticed.

Friction
Re-inventing an Industry

What if an agency
isn't an agency
at all?

Part exceptional talent, part technology, part service. Designed from the ground up for the world that has actually arrived. An entity with one purpose: to unlock creativity. To close the gap between what a creative mind can imagine and what actually gets made.

A New Discipline

A Place where Art
meets Science.

Where technology amplifies taste.
Where vision can scale without losing its soul.

Creative intelligence is a new discipline. Human judgement and artificial capability, working as one. The work gets braver. The ambition gets bigger. The gap between what we envision and what we deliver disappears.

Order Chaos

Creativity lives between order and chaos, between art and science, between human instinct and machine intelligence.
Getting that balance right is the hard part. Move your cursor to feel the difference.

Move your cursor ← → to orchestrate creativity

Sound off
Order Chaos
Creative Orchestration

Exceptional people,
orchestrating intelligence.

AI can ideate, write and iterate faster than any human team, and that is exactly what we use it for. But orchestrating the outputs, knowing what is good, what to kill, and what actually works in the real world? That takes exceptional people. For that, we have the best in the business.

Orchestrated
Creative Intelligence

This is Creative
Intelligence.

Orchestrated.

The work gets braver. The ambition gets bigger. The gap between what we envision and what we deliver disappears.

to the world.

Rhapsody Media Completes
Independent Leadership Buyout.
LONDON — Rhapsody Media has completed an independent leadership buyout, positioning the business for its next chapter as a creativity-led, AI-native agency. The move sees Andy Berg, Ramesh Patel and Simon Berg take full ownership of the company, which has worked with brands including Ralph Lauren, Waitrose, John Deere and Huawei over the last 25 years.
Rhapsody will operate as a fully independent studio, investing in AI orchestration as a core discipline alongside its existing design, studio, development and strategy capabilities. The leadership team has outlined its direction in a public Manifesto, published today at rhapsodymedia.ai/manifesto…

The AI Brief.

Simon has been writing one of the most useful weekly newsletters going. Three minutes, every Sunday. No hype — just the five things worth knowing about AI and creativity, filtered by someone who has been in this industry for 30 years. Signal over noise.

We highly recommend it.
